How I Bring Ideas to Life
Six things I get hired for. Open a row to see what actually arrives with it — scoping and estimation come after I understand the constraints, not before.
How I Work
Understand the real problem
Not the feature list — the problem underneath it, what success looks like, and what would make this a waste of your money. I tell you what I find before I change anything.
Plan the shape of it
The data model, the boundaries, the API and the roles, decided before the first screen is drawn — so the thing you end up with is one system rather than three that disagree.
Build it in reviewable pieces
Working increments you can look at and use, not a long silence followed by a reveal. You see the product getting better instead of waiting for the end.
Ship it and keep it honest
The important flows tested, the product deployed, the numbers measured. What comes after is your call — and the code is written so the next developer can read it.
