CRM Central
Project description
The customer record, the pipeline and the support queue in one place
The Challenge
A small business rarely loses customers to a competitor — it loses them in the gaps between tools. The lead is in somebody's inbox, the deal is in a spreadsheet, the support ticket is in a group chat, and nobody can answer "what is the state of this account" without asking three people.
It has to be deployable by a business that does not have a platform team: one service, one database, one container image. And it has to hold the parts that are regulated or audited — who changed what, when — because that is exactly what the spreadsheet cannot do.
The Solution
A Spring Boot service with a PostgreSQL system of record and Redis in front of the hot reads: customers, leads, a sales pipeline, support tickets, marketing campaigns, analytics and task management, each as its own bounded area behind a stable API. The Angular client is deliberately separate, so the API is a real contract rather than an internal implementation detail.

The hard part
Keeping the model honest across six areas. A lead becomes a customer becomes a deal becomes a support history, and the temptation is to denormalise all of that into one wide row that eventually contradicts itself. The design keeps a single customer identity and relates everything else to it, which is what makes the audit trail meaningful rather than decorative.
The Impact
A deployed, containerised platform with the full capability set working end to end. It is the piece of work in this portfolio closest to what a business actually buys: not a demo, a system with a schema, authentication, migrations and an image you can run.
